PE/Wellness is a class that was created two years ago that involves classroom work and discovery on all aspects of health and wellness. Students will research and summarize a certain wellness topic once every week in computer lab. It also involves physical activities in many team, individual, lifetime, and recreational activities. These activities include, but are not limited to:

Bocce ball
Soccer
Softball
Tennis
Strength Training
Jump Roping
Whiffle ball
Ultimate Frisbee
Speedball
Grading - Students will be given up to 10 points per day for their dress, effort, attitude, and behavior. Summary papers will be worth 20 points. Students score (grade) will be decided by total points earned throughout grading period. This is a class that requires physical activity four days a week and one classroom day, usually Monday, unless specified otherwise. Students will be given 5-7 minutes before and after class to change.
